Lavender Hot/Cold neck wrap

Or, you may microwave at 30 second intervals until the desired warmth is achieved. Enjoy the warm, moist heat and soothing lavender aroma as you relax away the stress. Description: Each neck wrap measures approximately 21" x 4" is filled with approximately 1 lb. of flax seed lavender bud mix and has a removable fabric cover that can be washed. The inner sleeve muslin sleeve is filled with flax seeds and lavender.
