LOCAL HONEY
At our farm, we want to support healthy bee population by creating an environment where the bees thrive on diverse natural pollen sources like flowers, lavender, and luffa vines. The pollen and nectar gathered from these plants infuse the honey with the essence of our land, reflecting our dedication to sustainable beekeeping and ecosystem harmony. While we are waiting for our colonies to grow, we source honey from a trusted beekeeper who keeps hives in the mountains of Eastern Kentucky to make our small batch, infused honey products in house.

SYMBOLIC RELATIONSHIP
Bees are drawn to the plentiful, vibrant lavender blooms on our farm, where they gather nectar and pollen to create our flavorful lavender honey. This symbiotic relationship not only supports healthy bee populations but also enhances the unique flavor profile of our honey, capturing the essence of our lavender fields.

BEEKEEPING
There is so much to learn about hive management and best practices while beekeeping. We practice treatment-free beekeeping and understand that this will be a life-long learning process.
