Bourbon Honey

Our Bourbon-infused honey combines the warmth of bourbon with the natural sweetness of pure honey. We age it in a bourbon barrel, sourced locally in Kentucky.

There is no alcohol in the honey, as that would cause the honey to spoil. The char from the inside of the bourbon barrel infuses the bourbon flavor into the honey, creating a rich, velvety flavor that's perfect for enhancing teas, desserts, and savory dishes alike.
